In partnership with the Trafalgar Free House, the church council and bell ringers at the church of St John the Divine in South Wimbledon will be holding their tenth charity beer and cider festival on Friday 30 October in the beautiful surroundings of St John the Divine, High Path, SW19 2JY. This year any money raised will be going to support the "Save the Traf" campaign for a Community Benefit Society to purchase the freehold of the public house site. The festival will be open from 5pm to 10pm. As well as quality beer and cider, there will be Morris dancing, tours of the bell tower, and food will be available.
Tickets cost £5 and can be purchased at the Trafalgar Freehouse (SW19 2JY) or on line at https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/event/parish-ale-2026. Beer tokens can also be purchased in advance on line, or with cash or card on the night.
