As promised, we will be back in 2028 with another Charity Ball to mark the 10th anniversary of our dad’s passing on 17th June 2028
We completely understand that times are financially tough, and we are truly grateful for all your continued support. To help spread the cost of tickets, we are introducing a payment plan:
£10 per person in 2026 to secure your ticket to our next unforgettable ball (Non refundable to allow us to put down deposits on entertainment etc)
£20 per person in 2027
£40 per person in 2028
This totals £70 per ticket per person.
This will be our 5th event, and thanks to your incredible generosity, we have raised a phenomenal amount of money — a huge boost for such a small yet vitally important charity. These funds have helped to continue supporting patients and their families, while also increasing awareness and education, from medical and dental professionals right through to everyday people.
Thanks to the money you have helped us raise, we are incredibly proud to announce that in 2026 the Mouth Cancer Foundation will be launching a brand-new initiative:
The Mouth Cancer Foundation Gordon Hills Grant
This grant will provide direct support to patients, helping to fund vital services such as:
- Massage therapy
- Wellbeing and mental health counselling
- Laser treatment for transplanted tongues, scarring, and related complications
- Acupuncture
- Physiotherapy sessions beyond those included in hospital treatment plans
We’re sure you’ll agree this is a truly outstanding initiative that will make a real and lasting difference to the lives of many patients. We are incredibly proud of what has been achieved and deeply moved that this wellness grant will carry our dad’s name as a lasting legacy.
