In teams of 3 or 5, walk, run, cycle or swim to chalk up as much distance as you can in May. The team that covers the most distance will be known forever more as the fittest team in Mid-West EWR!

Plus, you'll be raising vital funds for Frank Water. For each £5 entry, you'll be donating enough for a basic handheld TDS meter that might be used to make sure water is safe to drink. For a team of 5 people, you'll be donating enough for a Tracer, which has other indicators alongside TDS such as salinity, EC and PH to get a full water quality report.

In Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh in the Indian Himalayas. Your support will help communities to rejuvenate natural springs and make sure the water that flows is safe to use. You'll be saving women and children daily walks of up to 20km during water-scarce seasons.
