About

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga comes to St Uny Academy! You can either pay weekly or for the whole block.

This practice is anchored in yoga philosophy, starting with the principles of yoga known as ‘the Yama’s’.  With awareness to breath we’ll move through a gentle flowing sequence of traditional Hatha yoga poses, and finish our practice in savasana with guided relaxation.

A great way to practice yoga, slow flow Hatha offers accessible yoga movement with a layered approach, meaning the practice can be modified and varied according to ability. A great way to ‘press pause’ on the week – this one hour class offers resources and support for mind and body, such as intention setting, breath work and nourishing movement.

Testimonials:

Imogen, Yoga Teacher

“Lauren is very knowledgeable, experienced and has a calming, authentic style and a great down to earth sense of humour.

Her classes are well paced and well thought out with an emphasis on relaxation which means I leave a class feeling stretched, strong and very calm. I would also recommend Lauren’s Yoga Nidra which is wonderful, if you haven’t tried this practice before, try it with Lauren!.”

Anna, Yoga Teacher

“Lauren's yoga classes are pure magic.... If you've never experienced Yoga Nidra (a yogic sleep) before or discovered your sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) please don't hesitate, have a chat and book in with Lauren.

If everyone did Lauren's style of yoga everyday the world would be a much better place. Less stress, better sleep and more smiles.”
