Lumps and bumps - plain talking about men's health for those wanting to know the low-down on cancer - from symptoms to managing to live through treatment and how to prevent cancer from joining the party. This evening warmly welcomes the gents to a social evening of male interest activities, refreshments, beer and a hotdog, exhibits from male grooming and barbering, fashion, hobbies and sports - alongside our 'Tales from the Sofa' feature with insight about cancer from local men bravely talking about their experience.

A vibrant social evening of banter, chat and comradeship while making a difference to kicking cancer where it hurts.

We exist to take practical action to prevent and reduce mental and emotional distress that leads to poor wellbeing, particularly amongst vulnerable groups such as women, children, veterans and people who live with challenges such as poverty, physical ill-health, violence and abuse, isolation and loneliness and those who experience depression and suicidal inclination.
