Event Details: Join us for the first ever Warwick Prep and Warwick Junior School Colour Run on Sunday 19th May from 11am-3pm. The event is open to all pupils from Pre Prep to Year 6 and will take place on the playing fields adjacent to Kings High. Each participant will run/or walk the 400m course and will be showered with colour powder as they go round. As we are anticipating a high take up for this event we will be running 4 time slots and will ask parents / carers to select their preferred choice using the ticket links below. As well as the race we will be serving hot dogs, burgers, ice creams and snacks and there will be an area for families to picnic so come and make a day of it! All money raised from the event will support the development of a new outdoor classroom in the Forest School area to be utilised by children from both Warwick Prep and Warwick Junior Schools.
Cost: The cost of the event is £15 per participant and each participant will receive a race pack which includes: Branded White T-Shirt (to run in), Branded Bag, Medal, Sunglasses (which must be worn by all children taking part)
Sponsorship: To help raise more money for the outdoor classroom, we would be delighted if the children could run the race for sponsorship from family and friends. There is prize for the child from each school who raised the most money. We will be using just giving to collect the sponsorship money and details on how to do this will be released soon.
