Woking Strokeability is a registered charity. We provide support, aerobic and aqua aerobic exercise with qualified instructors and social events for stroke survivors and their carers to improve their quality of life. After a stroke, overstretched NHS resources cannot provide long term, ongoing support and rehabilitation. We work to fill this gap with focussed exercise in a friendly environment, peer support and accessible social events for families and friends.
