About

Donate here to help our multilingual advice team support vulnerable workers in challenging exploitative employment, and standing up for their rights in the workplace.

This Christmas we’re putting bad employers on the naughty list for breaking basic employment rights - because bad behaviour in the workplace should never go unchallenged.

At the Work Rights Centre, every day our advisers help workers stand up to violations like discrimination, bullying, unfair dismissal, and unpaid wages. In our five years as a charity we have helped to recover over £130,000 in unpaid wages, and got hundreds of people into work. But with an increasing number of employment rights cases coming to our attention - we need your support.

Every pound we receive goes into challenging these cases, writing letters before action, helping workers take issues through the employment tribunal, contacting the relevant authorities in cases of modern day slavery and providing much-needed welfare advice and career support to people who need to escape precarious work.

Help us challenge bad behaviour by making a donation today and joining us on Twitter at @WORCRights #NaughtyList to share your experience of employers’ bad behaviour.
