Springwood Mindfulness Sanctuary is a privately funded, non-profit sanctuary, near Carmarthen in South West Wales. It is here that a beautiful, free-roaming herd of rescued and rehabilitated horses, ponies and donkeys enjoy a natural and truly peaceful existence.  We have given our commitment to this beautiful herd that they will never again be used in any way. We enable them to enjoy a peaceful, healthy, enriched life where they are able to live naturally with complete understanding, free choice and holistic healing. Its in this unique environment that they are able to completely thrive. As well as caring for the herd and the land holistically, we enjoy sharing this peaceful healing sanctuary with people to experience guided Mindfulness in nature walks, wellbeing retreats and to share work in our community vegetable garden.
