Sole Bay Care Fund, is a local community charity. It supports a 'community that cares'. The fund is for those patients registered with Sole Bay Health Centre, Reydon, Nr. Southwold and it provides care and resources NOT routinely funded by the NHS or Social Services. Our aim is to keep people at home or near to home for as long as possible, by providing the support and equipment they may need.
