What is the 80-80-80 Challenge?
This challenge idea is in line with an ongoing initiative that's very close to my heart, the “Run a Mile a Day” in Rotherham schools which is having positive results. My aim, with this latest challenge is to encourage at least 80 schools to run at least 80 miles (including teachers) and to raise at least £80 per school. I will also extend the invitation out to parents, grandparents and friends to take up the challenge in sponsorship and donations. Every penny raised from this event will benefit the ageing population of Rotherham via Age UK Rotherham 

What can we achieve together
Age UK Rotherham has provided amazing services over the years. Predominantly working with the older people of Rotherham they like most  charities have suffered badly, unable to fundraise and secure their much needed  income through their normal sources due to this horrible covid 19 virus. We need Age UK Rotherham now more than ever as we hopefully start to revert back to some sort of normality.
