About

Help us to keep doing what we do in our community! We are all volunteers but we need money for petrol to collect food supplies, printing costs for posters etc and for training people in the skills they need to run our community shop safely.

Please make a donation, however small...

Our work helps and supports our neighbours in need in Farmhill and Paganhill.
  • We partnered with a local food initiative The Long Table, to host a 'Freezer of Love' full of healthy frozen ready meals made from ingredients which were heading for landfill
  • We opened the Farmhill and Paganhill Community Shop at The Octagon, offering groceries, fruit and veg (as well as the frozen ready-meals) on a 'pay what you can' basis. We collect unwanted - but perfectly good - food from local supermarkets and from Fare Share south west which would otherwise head for landfill
  • Our community shop is open for two sessions a week, thanks to a small, but hard working team of local volunteers, alongside our community chef.
We are all about sharing good food with good neighbours, supporting people in need in our community while helping reduce food waste. We are all volunteers. Help us to keep doing what we do.
