Why we urgently need your DONATIONS

The Meon Valley Lions Club provides help to anyone in need who lives in the Meon Valley area of Hampshire. We are unpaid volunteers and your donations will help us in many different ways.

Your donation will help families in need with basic household items. Via other organisations your donation will also support young families, the elderly, those with disabilities & learning difficulties: those recovering from strokes or cancer: support for hospices, local food banks, help with specialist wheelchairs etc. Your donation will also help us run our free minibus to transport the elderly and vulnerable to various clubs, socials and meetings when this is possible. 

More people than ever before are experiencing difficulties and hardship, your kind donations will help us in this essential work.

We are the local Lions Club for the Meon Valley in Hampshire, part of Lions Clubs International, the largest service club organisation in the world with over 1.4 million members in over 205 countries.

What do we do? - we serve!

Our aim is to provide assistance for those in need in our communities. We hold fund-raising events and donate our time and assistance freely.

What happens to the money you donate? EVERY SINGLE PENNY we collect from donations or profit from our fund-raising events is used to help others. Unlike many other organisations, we use absolutely NONE of the money for salaries or administration.
