Mary Ward Legal Centre is a pan-London charity providing free legal advice to people on a low income who otherwise could not afford to enforce their rights. We specialise in housing, debt and welfare benefits. Our work aims to tackle poverty and disadvantage through maximising incomes, reducing homelessness, improving housing conditions, reducing debts, and challenging discrimination. In addition to our casework service, we run a pro bono service, delivered by volunteer lawyers, covering employment, family, housing, consumer, disputed debt, and contract law.
