Inclusive United CIC

About

Inclusive United CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to creating inclusive sport opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities and neurodivergent needs. We provide daytime, weekday inclusive sport sessions for underrepresented communities so that individuals can stay healthy and fit, meet up with friends and feel part of something positive.

We also provide outreach to schools and offer employability programmes for young adults with learning disabilities who are keen to either volunteer or work in sport. 

We rely on funding to provide regular, on-going sessions to our participants to help improve their physical and mental wellbeing, reduce social isolation and provide opportunities to meet friends and be part of something meaningful and positive.

Inclusive United

Inclusive United CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to creating inclusive sports opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities and neurodivergent needs.

We provide daytime weekday sports sessions for underrepresented communities, helping individuals stay physically and mentally healthy, build friendships, develop confidence, and feel part of something positive and inclusive.

Our inspiration is Thomas, a young adult with Down Syndrome who is now a Co-Founder and Apprentice Coach. Through lived experience, we saw first-hand the lack of inclusive sports opportunities available for young adults with additional needs and we created Inclusive United CIC to help change that.

Today, we provide inclusive sport and employability opportunities for more than 130 participants every week.

With your support, we can reach even more young people, create more high-quality inclusive sports sessions, and continue making a lasting difference in our community.
