Marie and I are lacing up again and running another half marathon in support of the Dental Wellness Trust – a brilliant charity dedicated to improving the oral health of children in need.

The Dental Wellness Trust:

Provides vital oral health education and toothbrushing programmes to disadvantaged children.
Works both in the UK and internationally, tackling preventable dental disease.
Focuses on giving children the best start in life through healthy smiles, improved wellbeing, and greater confidence.

Every donation helps the charity continue its incredible work, reaching more children and communities who need it most. Thank you so much for supporting us and this cause close to our hearts!
