About

Parachute Jump by staff of Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire

One of our main events of the year is two staff members at CASL taking to the skies to raise money for our vital services needed by the local community. Erica is one of the staff members who will be stepping outside of her comfort zone of training volunteers and staff, leading on community engagement and taking overall responsibility for personal development of volunteers to jumping out of an aeroplane.

Erica says: Ever since joining CASL in 2019, I have found that the amazing work of Citizens Advice. I have always said I would love to do a parachute jump for a charity and five years later, someone took me seriously. I have found my passion in helping people to help others. The great work that staff and volunteers do is such a valued service to the local community. I regularly attend events and talks to raise awareness of who CASL are, what they do and why they are needed. Along the way, I have met amazing people and formed strong connections with other partnerships who have the same passion we do for helping peopleā€.
