Not everyone deals with their grief by talking. For many people, more internal reflection that is positively supported by non-verbal resources are just as therapeutic. We are now in a position to launch a new support pack. It contains resources specific to wellbeing, draws on faith-based advice and hope and contains some meaningful gifts to help a bereaved individual through their unique grief journey.
Each pack costs £18 to share with a bereaved Muslim. If you would like to donate towards a pack or contribute a smaller amount towards a pack, we can share a pack for free with a bereaved person.
