We are currently fundraising for the 2026 New Professional Conference Bursary - if you'd like to help someone starting out in their career and give them the opportunity to attend the ARA Conference please donate here.

Last year's Bursary winner Aimy Stevens said: 

“I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to attend the conference, made possible through the support of the bursary. This experience has already helped me feel more grounded in the early stages of my career by giving me the chance to network with professionals across the recordkeeping sector. It was also especially valuable to meet fellow apprentices sharing this journey with others in the same position feels both encouraging and important.”

The ARA Conference offers every new professional the chance to meet the widest range of colleagues and expand their knowledge of the sector. Our New Professional Bursary provides a free place for a new professional at our conference in Glasgow this year.

If you remember what is was like starting out in the sector and want to help someone else to succeed, please consider donating to our New Professional bursary fund for our 2026 Conference in Glasgow. The more you give, the more bursaries we can give out!
