The piece reflects the remarkable continuity of badger life, with ancient setts passed down through generations, while its title speaks to memory, survival and what endures beneath the surface.

A contemplative work exploring coexistence, loss and legacy, ‘Remnant’ presents the badger as a quiet guardian of the land and a witness to change.
