Badger in the Woods Linocut

A striking hand-crafted linocut featuring a badger nestled amongst the branches of a woodland tree.

The artwork begins as a hand-drawn design, which is reversed and meticulously carved into lino line by line. The lino is then inked by hand before the image is carefully burnished onto handmade, sustainably sourced paper.

The intricate mark-making and bold black-and-white composition beautifully capture the texture of the badger’s fur and its woodland surroundings, making the hand-pulled print a distinctive piece of wildlife art.
