Every day at My Sisters’ House Women’s Centre, we meet women who have survived experiences no one should ever have to endure. Abuse rarely begins with violence. It often starts quietly - small put downs, controlling behaviour, a gradual erosion of confidence. Over time, fear replaces certainty, and isolation becomes normal.

By the time many women reach our door, they feel frightened, alone, and unsure how they can keep themselves safe.

In 2025, we supported 1,880 clients - a 5% increase from 2024 - and the need for our services continues to grow.

That’s why your support matters.

Every ticket you buy helps ensure that when a woman reaches her breaking point, someone is there:

• to believe her

• to help her take the next step towards safety

Supporting

My Sisters' House Women's Centre

Embedded in the Bognor Regis community, My Sisters' House Women's Centre works across the coastal area of West Sussex. We provide a range of support to women from all backgrounds facing all kinds of issues, where their strengths are recognised, their difficulties acknowledged, and where they can achieve positive change they are proud of. We do this in a women-centred, trauma-informed way which treats each woman as an individual. We offer the support of specialist staff with knowledge and experience in the fields of domestic abuse, employment support and training, and finance. We help by providing one-to-one keyworking, peer groups, courses in building confidence and skills, and dealing with anxiety, and we offer counselling to those who need it. We run a course for mothers and children to help them recognise and overcome the lasting effects of domestic abuse. We give out foodbank vouchers, clothing vouchers and bags of toiletries.

CAROLINE WALKER PRINT AND TOTE BAG

Caroline Walker is a Scottish artist who creates large canvases and intimate panels of anonymous women in various settings.

Walker’s paintings are a lens for the everyday lives of women, and her portraits of diverse subjects tell their story through the spaces they inhabit.

Pallant House Bookshop, an independent art bookshop based in Chichester, has kindly donated a Caroline Walker Tote Bag and Print. These items were produced to accompany the launch of Caroline Walker’s publication, Mothering.

CHICHESTER CINEMA AT NEW PARK TICKETS X4

Chichester Cinema at New Park hosts a diverse programme of independent, foreign-language, and classic films, offering something for every type of moviegoer. It also serves as a cultural hub, featuring live screenings, film festivals, and community events in a welcoming and historic setting.

Chichester Cinema has generously donated four tickets worth £11 each for you to enjoy a film of your choice from their fantastic lineup.

CLOTHKITS WORKSHOP

Clothkits is a close-knit, women-led business built around creativity in Chichester. Everyone behind the scenes is a maker too, shaping everything from the kits and fabrics chosen to the support offered to customers.

Clothkits has generously donated a half- or full-day workshop voucher for the winner’s choice, worth atleast £60, at their bright, friendly Chichester studio. From beginner sewing classes to specialist sessions in pattern cutting, sashiko, darning, knitting, crochet, and lampshade making, there’s something for every maker to enjoy.

DRINK AND DRAW CLUB TICKETS X2

Weald Contemporary, a Chichester based Art Consultancy & Gallery, host a monthly Drink and Draw Club at The Ghost at the Feast, A buzzy food hall in the heart of Chichester as part of their events programme.

With all the materials you will need and a complimentary drink of your choice, Drink and Draw Club events are an inspiring evening of creativity and conversation led by a contemporary artist.

Weald Contemporary Art Consultancy & Gallery have kindly donated two tickets to their regularly sold-out Drink and Draw Club, worth £16 each.



GOODWOOD AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY TICKETS X2

The Goodwood Estate is recognised around the world for their flagship events and are known as the home of exceptional luxury experiences.

Goodwood have kindly donated two tickets worth £29 each for the Goodwood August Bank Holiday Horse Racing on Sunday, 30th August 2026. Enjoy a nostalgic summer atmosphere with live music, family entertainment, and world-class racing from the Gordon Enclosure.


GOODWOOD REVIVAL TICKETS X2

The Goodwood Estate is recognised around the world for their flagship events and are known as the home of exceptional luxury experiences.

Goodwood have kindly donated two tickets to Goodwood Revival worth £80 each on Friday, 18th September 2026. Enjoy the smell of engines mingling with the roar of iconic race cars at the September festival, celebrating the halcyon days of motor racing with the accompanying glamour of 1940s, ’50s and ’60s.


PALLANT HOUSE GALLERY TICKETS X2

Pallant House Gallery is a leading modern art museum in Chichester, renowned for its outstanding collection of 20th-century British art displayed in a unique blend of an 18th-century townhouse and a contemporary extension. It offers an intimate, thoughtfully curated experience that traces the development of modern British art from 1900 to the present.

Pallant House Gallery has generously donated two tickets to the gallery worth £17 each, offering a wonderful opportunity for this art to be appreciated firsthand.

THE GHOST AT THE FEAST VOUCHER

The Ghost at the Feast, A buzzy food hall in the heart of Chichester, hosts a rotating selection of 7 street food kitchens alongside speciality coffee, craft beer, cocktail and natural wine bars.

Current vendors include Slice Slice Baby Pizza, The Brunch Shack, and Gion Japanese.
