Gemstone have dedicated the last 7 months to our heroes.

In April 2022, we took ‘The Big Jump’ and skydived to raise money for ‘The Collingwood Centre, Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity’ and ‘The Firefighters Charity’ and leading up to the jump we had monthly fund-raising events.

Check out what we have been up to - its all on this amazing video!!!

For anyone that knows me personally, you will know how cancer has touched my family’s life in the last 12 months. The support received from the doctors, nurses and staff at the Collingwood Centre was literally life saving and we want to show our gratitude.

It has certainly been a tough 12 months for the Gemstone team as further to this our lovely Liv sadly lost her Dad in January. He was a proud fire fighter and ‘The Fire Fighters Charity’ have shown her and her family tremendous support.

The Fire Fighters Charity

The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist, lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives.

Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity

Thanks to your help we help make a difference to over 8,000 people a day at the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

We want to grow the amount of money that we can spend on research, treatment, patient care and experience as well as on staff development to make sure that we support the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust vision to continue to drive improvement in patient experience and be an outstanding provider of health services.

We don’t replace NHS money; through generous donations we are able to add extra value and support pioneering and innovative work for the benefit of those that need us. It’s these extras – some small, some large – above and beyond the scope of the NHS budget, that really make a difference.
