Goals Beyond the Boundary is aimed at raising money for Goals Beyond Grass, a disability sport and social activity charity based in Churchdown, Gloucestershire, which provides vital physical activity sessions throughout the year for those who most need it.

The fundraising initiative, Goals Beyond the Boundary, involves pledging to donate the money you raise at the end of the season. The money raised is based on your Play Cricket stats, with every run contributing 5p, every wicket contributing 50p, and every dismissal in the field or wicket-keeping contributing 50p. We also have options to increase your pledge through Five-Wicket Hauls, 6s, 50s, and 100s, but these are optional extras on top of the previously mentioned values.

Players will pledge to pay at the end of the season, based on their statistics, with an initial goal of £1,000 total raised across the season.

We help enhance the lives of disabled adults and children, by reducing social isolation and engaging the whole community. Our objective is to make social and physical activity available to all irrespective of gender, age, race or ability.Goals Beyond Grass was founded in 2016 following a successful start in Powerchair Football by the CEO Brian Dix. He recognised that the work being done to engage the community and give disabled people more chances and opportunity to engage in fun, social sports was not enough. He wanted to use Powerchair Football as the vehicle and take the sport out to the community giving everyone the chance to feel included. Now the charity operates on a daily basis by the philosophy and values - Sport for all (no one will ever be turned away from taking part in our activities)- Social and Physical (we will encourage a coming together of like minded individuals) - Community (we will involve the whole community, able bodied and disabled)
