Fundraiser - Breast Unit Frozember Challenge for The Pink Place

The Breast Unit at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust / Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital are delighted to announce that we are supporting -

Frozember Challenge for The Pink Place.

On Wednesday 26th November, our team will be taking a Chill Water Dip to raise funds for this local cancer charity.

Their decision to step outside their comfort zone and Brave the Chill, is truly inspiring and will directly help fund Wellbeing therapies, Counselling, Support Groups, Yoga and Mindfulness Classes and those small but powerful moments of care that mean everything to the many women affected by cancer, living in Basingstoke and the North Hampshire area and who are supported by The Pink Place.

Every £ raised, truly makes a difference and brings them closer to their Team Fundraising Target.

Thank you for supporting them, and The Pink Place. So whilst keeping an eye on that all important thermometer, why not add some extra ice cubes to your favourite tipple, snuggle up on your sofa and maybe consider donating a couple of £’s to make a difference to people living with cancer in our community?

The Pink Place is a registered charity which provides FREE wellbeing services, complementary therapies, counselling, Mindfulness classes, yoga therapy and Peer Group support to women affected by any type of cancer. Based in Basingstoke, our range of services are available to women in North Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
