This is a 4-day/3-night tour to Liverpooland the surrounding area. We will stay at the Marriott Hotel on a dinner bed and breakfast basis.We will have a guided tour of Knowsley Hall and in Liverpool visit its cathedrals as well as the Tate Liverpool. We will travel to Port Sunlight to visit the Lever Gallery.
The Friends aim to raise funds from members' subscriptions, donations
and organising educational visits, functions and parties, in order to
aid the development and conservation of the York Art Gallery Collection
and to sponsor activities to further the appreciation of fine arts in
York and its immediate surrounds.
