Year 6 Class of 2027 Fundraising

About

After many wonderful years together at Grove Park, Year 6 will be leaving the school next Summer.

Traditionally the school organises a number of wonderful activities for Year 6 students, to help them celebrate their time at Grove Park and leave with very special memories. The main events are the Year 6 Production, a Graduation Ceremony, and a Leavers' Party.

To make these events happen, fundraising is needed! Based on previous years, the school has estimated that we need to raise a target of £ 5,000 to fund activities for the sixty children across Oak and Elder.

The Y6 fundraising team are planning a number of events over the coming year, including mufti days and a snack sale.

We've set up this fundraising page, where families and friends can also make one-off donations towards the target, as well as paying in any sponsorship money made over the year.

As we are fundraising as part of the Friends of Grove Park Primary PTA, all donations are eligible for Gift Aid. Please select the gift aid option if you are a UK tax payer, as that means we receive an extra 25% at no extra cost to you e.g. if you donate £10, we will receive £12.50.

It's a big target, but together we can make sure that our lovely Year 6s have a summer to remember!
Thank you!

Supporting

Friends of Grove Park Primary School PTA

The Friends of Grove Park Primary School PTA is a registered charity (1099383).  We are a group of active parents, carers, teachers and staff whose purpose is to connect our community and raise money for the school. We hold many different events throughout the school year including snack sales, uniform sales, fairs, quizzes, auctions and raffles! These occasions bring people together and also raise much needed funds to support our school by buying materials, goods and services. We work with our teachers to identify a wish list of items that would most benefit the school and our children - and we then do our best to make it happen!
