Every day, St Michael's Hospice provides compassionate care and support to people across North Hampshire who are living with life-limiting illnesses, facing end-of-life care, or coping with bereavement. Their dedicated teams bring comfort, dignity, and hope to patients and families during some of life's most challenging moments.

This vital work is only possible because of the generosity and kindness of supporters like you.

The HSS Sewa Team from the Basingstoke Branch of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh UK (HSS UK) is organising a special community event featuring: International Yoga Day celebration, Family Day Out activities, Bouncy castle and children's activities

    Bring your family and friends for a day of fun, food, and community spirit while supporting a truly worthwhile cause.

    What is Sewa?

    Sewa is a Sanskrit term meaning 'selfless service to humanity and nature'.

    Inspired by this term, HSS Sewa is fundraising for small to medium sized charities close to our neighbourhoods, and occasionally supporting major disaster appeals. These charities do amazing work, but most do not often get national attention.

    As part of our drive to support community based charitable causes, each of our regions in over 65 towns and cities, aims to support at least one charity. Over the past 11 years, the Basingstoke HSS Sewa team has proudly raised funds for many local charities that make a positive impact in our community.

    Your support will help St Michael's Hospice continue providing specialist care, comfort, and support to local families.

    All donations received will be donated to the selected charity. The Gift Aid portion may be used to cover minimal administrative expenses incurred by HSS UK, such as printing and event-related costs
