🎨 Let's Support Art at AJS 🎨


At Alexandra Junior School, we believe creativity is an important part of every child's education. Our vision is to build an Art Fund that will help create inspiring opportunities for children across the school for years to come.


As we begin that journey together, we're focusing on two exciting projects:


🎭 Year 6 Graduation Show Set Design

Our Year 6 pupils are already beginning to think about their end-of-year celebration. We'd love to help bring their ideas to life by funding materials and resources for the design and creation of their graduation show set, helping to make their final send-off from AJS even more memorable.


The graduation art design will take place on 23rd, 24th and 25th June, and our fundraising target is £750 to contribute towards the set design and production materials.


🖍️ Art Boxes for Every Class

We're also hoping to create an art box for every classroom from September, giving children access to creative resources that they can enjoy outdoors during break times. These boxes will encourage creativity, imagination and wellbeing, while making art more accessible throughout the school day.


Our fundraising target for this project is £250, helping us equip every class with their own dedicated art box for the new school year.


Every donation, no matter the size, will help provide meaningful creative experiences for our children and allow them to take pride in what they create together.

The AJS PTFA exists to help make school life even more memorable for our children.

We are a group of parents and carers who are passionate about creating opportunities, experiences and moments of joy that enhance our children's time at school. Whether it's funding special projects, supporting enrichment activities or bringing the community together through events, our goal is simple: to make AJS an even more inspiring place for children to learn, grow and thrive.

With the support of our wonderful school community, we hope to create little pockets of joy throughout the year and provide opportunities that every child can enjoy and benefit from.
