Money raised by the LoveUkraine (Devizes) Appeal will support 3 essential needs of Ukrainian refugees:
- To provide financial support to buy food for refugees in the small town of Lesko in Poland, near the Ukrainian border, which has a Friendship Link with Devizes. £8 will provide basic food for a family for a day.
- To provide accommodation and meet emergency needs of refugees who have been matched and are due to come to the Devizes area. £10 will accommodate a person for a day.
- To provide financial support to refugees once they have arrived in the Devizes area. £20 will provide food, clothes and accommodation for a person for a day; £140 will provide everything they need for a week.
