Welcome to our Summer Fair Auction!

We are thrilled to have you join us for this exciting event, where we come together as a community to support our wonderful schools. All proceeds from this event's Silent Auction will be divided between The Mead Infant and Nursery School and Auriol Junior School, helping to enrich the educational experiences of our children. Thank you for your generosity and participation—good luck, and enjoy the fair!

Terms and Conditions

By entering this raffle, participants consent to the PTA retaining their contact details and entry information on file for a period of no less than three (3) months following the date of the draw. This information will be held solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and contacting prize winners.

Prize winners consent to the release of their name as a prize winner, which may be published on The Mead PA or APSA website, social media pages, or other school communications.

Entrants may request a list of prize winners within three (3) months of the draw date by contacting The Mead PA or APSA in writing.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

The Mead PA

We are the Parents Association for The Mead School, an Infants School based in Epsom and Ewell with over 350 pupils, including a hearing impaired unit . We aim to raise money to create a richer learning environment for our children and for future generations of pupils.

Auriol Parent Staff Association

The Auriol Parents and Staff Association (APSA) is a group of dedicated parents, carers, and staff who work together to support Auriol Junior School and its community of over 300 children.

Through organising events and fundraising activities throughout the year, APSA helps provide resources, equipment, and enriching experiences that enhance school life for all pupils. Every pound raised goes towards creating opportunities and lasting memories that help our children learn, grow, and thrive.
